How long does shipping take?
📦 Orders to the UK typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. Please note this is an average estimate, shipping times may vary depending on your location and any potential carrier delays.
Customs & Duties
Most of our shipments to the UK are sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), meaning customs fees are already covered, so you won’t have to pay anything extra when your package arrives!
However, some orders shipped via DDU, DHL, or FedEx may still incur customs duties. If you’re charged a customs fee, you’ll need to pay it upfront, but don’t worry, you can submit your receipt, and we’ll reimburse you.

If you’re ordering for a specific date or event, we recommend allowing extra time as we cannot guarantee arrival on a specific day.
Pre-order Kits:
Pre-order your Paint Like Frida kit and be the first to get your hands on our fresh batch!
All pre-order kits are expected to be ready for despatch between late February to early March 2025. This means you'll be among the first to receive fresh stock as soon as it arrives at our warehouse!
Delays and Refunds:
While we strive for quick, reliable delivery, delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., transit issues, carrier delays).
Orders delayed in transit or not received by a specific date do not qualify for refunds, unless officially tagged as lost in transit by the courier. In such cases, we will send a replacement order straight away.
We strongly encourage ordering with a buffer period to avoid any disappointment.
